I wish that Winter would just end already! I am tired of the cold that has been so unusually severe this winter after years of very mild temperatures. The rule around the DC area is once we get past President's Day Weekend that things will improve. It also seems that we will get at least one big storm right around that time as well and this year seems to be no exception.

There are just over 5 weeks left until Spring officially arrives. I cannot wait that long, at least that is how I feel right now thinking about the prospects for more bad weather by tomorrow evening and into Thursday.
